How to transmit bank transfer payment file to FTP Location

Hi,

I have created a bank transfer and am able to send the payment file by clicking "Transmit File " option for each bank transfer. However; I would like to send payment file for all bank transfers at a time. Is there any ESS job to send the payment file for all bank transfers at a time.
