Inquiry on Updating SSL Certificates

edited Jul 18, 2024 11:48PM in Eloqua 10 comments

Hi,

We'd like to ask some questions regarding updating SSL certificates.

1. The Eloqua UPDATE 24B document says "Customers no longer need to open support requests when uploading SSL certificates for microsite and application domains (not yet available for image domains)", as in Image 1. On our instance, our certificates are not owned by Eloqua as shown in the Image 2, but can we benefit from this new feature too? I just guess we can as there's no restrictions or limitations mentioned for the feature.

2. As said above, our certificates are probably so-called "third-party", meaning they are not owned by Eloqua. Is there any way of changing them to Eloqua-owned, and what should we do for this? We'd like to ask this as we're thinking of enabling our certificates to automatically update themselves.

Howdy, Stranger!
