Exclude the employee record in HCM extract if a particular field is not filled

Summary:

We want to exclude the employee record or skip the employee record if a field is not entered.

For example, if an employee is hired without entering Salary or Payroll information, then this employee record should not be extracted when the HCM extract is run next time.

We don't want the extract results with incomplete data. Target system will not accept data without mandatory information. In this case, Salary and Payroll information are mandatory to create an employee record in target system.
