Error ANC-3405194 - absence management

Hi,

I am receiving the error ANC-3405194 in absence management when I run accrual for a plan that the balance shows as 0 incorrectly, any idea?

I have checked the repeating periods for the coming 5 years and make sure the person has a payroll relationship.
