Notifications to be sent to manager & HR when employee takes More than 10 days of SL in an year

HI, I have requirement where if employee submits Sick leave for more than 10 days during a rolling back period of 1 year, there should be an automated notification to be sent to both Line Manager & HR. How to achieve this.
