Suggestion on alternative tools for performance testing on oracle applications other than fiddler

Currently we are using Fiddler and EPM Automate to carry out our Performance Testing for all applications in Global Planning and Budgeting. Fiddler is not a EY approved tool and require special clearance from EY Infosecurity team for installation. Due to this issue we are unable to install fiddler in multiple machine which is causing delay in execution and timely debugging of issues. We would need your input in utilizing tools other Fiddler and EPM Automate for performance test execution in Global P&B(Oracle applications).
