fnd_audit_config_metadata not populated with data

fnd_audit_config_metadata is not populated with data after enabling the audit as below

Navigation—Setup and maintenance - Manage Audit policies - Configure business object attributes, Please see below screenshot
Could you please help me on this? Are we missing anything?

We have a BIP report created based on the table fnd_audit_config_metadata which will be scheduled everyday to record the changes done to configuration.
