How to distinguish Interns in Recruiting Cloud?

edited Jul 23, 2024 3:01PM in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace 1 comment

Hi experts!

We are looking for a way to distinguish Interns in Recruiting Cloud.

Currently, the value 'Intern' exists as a Person Type under Employee and as an independent Assignment person type value, but the 'Proposed Person Type' field neither appears during Job Requisition creation, nor it appears during Job Offer creation.

The only page 'Proposed Person Type' field appears is on the 'Edit Pending Worker' screen and the value has to be manually updated by an HR team member, this process can lead to manual errors and delays.

We are looking for a way to label relevant candidates as 'Interns', so when the person is hired, the proposed person type value auto-populates to 'Intern' like in the screenshot.

Howdy, Stranger!
