I have a step in an asset type process where, when the user clicks on a link, the process is initiated. However, this link opens another tab in Google Chrome, and the OGL does not start. When I change the hyperlink to open in the same page, the OGL starts. Is this expected? Is there a possibility for the guide to start even if the link sends me to another tab?
