How to install a printer in Oracle Fusion Clouds that is available over the network.

There is a printer that is available over the client network and is used for printing AP check payments. However the user needs to download the output into his/her machine and get it printed. Clients wants that printer should be available in the Oracle Fusion Clouds from where the outputs can be printed directly. Please guide me and share any documentation for this. Please find the application details as pasted below.
