How to report on Burden Cost by Burden Cost Code when burden is applied on same expenditure?

Summary:

Burden amounts by cost code are available when you navigate to Manage Project Costs > select any transaction with burdens, then Select > Actions > View Burden Cost Details. This navigation is helpful when looking at one single transaction, however, the client would like to have these details made available in reporting either through OTBI or custom reports.
