Inventory Reservation of Split line after 24B upgrade

We are facing issue in reservation of Split line (New line created post shipment. E.g: 1-2, 7-2, 8-3, etc) which was working earlier. Is there any update happened in 24B upgrade?

Error# The value of the attribute {SOURCEFULFILLMENTID=100000030800500} isn't valid.
