Account Rule with 2 User Defined Formula is not working

Summary:

We have defined 2 UDA for Cost Management accounting.

  1. Substring(Lot Number,0,1)
  2. Substring("Serial Number"(CST,S,S),0,1)

If we use both the UDA in PO Delivery/WIP Pick its working but in Work in Process Issue JERS its not working as expected.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Account rule: Segment; Account (Natural Account Segment)

Priority1 : Constant : 0110001

Condition : "Costing Category Identifier" = Subassembly 'And' ( "CGT WO LN Issue" != C 'Or' "CGT WO SN Issue" != C )

Expectation is if the Lot number or the serial number is not starting with C then the Natural account account should be 0110001.

It is working in PO Delivery & WIP Pick transactions. But in WIP issue, natural account is changed to 0110001 irrespective of starting Lot or Serial number.
