How to invoke Oracle API's through SSO and token mechanism

Hi,

We are working on the Expense Report API's.

Using API's performing operations like 'Approve', 'Reject' and 'Request Info'.

But we need help to know is there any way to invoke API's using any authentication process except Basic authentication.
