Setup Item Master in order for Oracle to Block Item Creation based on Item Description Fuzzy Match

Summary:

Business has a requirement where they want to setup Item Master Such a way that when they try to create new Item (inputting Item Number & Item Description); Oracle will do a Fuzzy Match based on Item Description and give us a warning & mention similar Items which already exists previously.

As well as Oracle will give us a warning to prevent new Item creation with similar Item Description (Fuzzy Match). Business users can then ignore Oracle warning & create the new Item if they want.
