OIC Notification Action with Dynamic File Attachment Handling

Description (Required):

Allow dynamic file attachment handling for the OIC Notification Action like allowing XSLT Mapper on Attachment section. Both Gen2/Gen3 version as of this writing only allows direct attachment setup when configuring the action like how many attachments for this specific activity and also the file reference have to be defined as you configure the activity, not driven by runtime flows.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Some orchestration activities by business process are driven by IF/WHEN conditions at runtime like attach a 2nd file if there was an error or 3rd file IF certain conditions are met. For this to handle on current version as of this writing: the developer would have to handle the IF/WHEN conditions first and then repeatedly configure a notification activity like 1st When-Clause attach one file, the 2nd When-Clause attaches 2 files - with both have exactly the same To-recipients, Subject, etc.
