Hi,

We have some POs where the location that was mentioned on the lines was made inactive. Now, because of that we are not able to submit the change order on such POs because the location field has become 'Read-only'.

I came across a profile option 'ORA_PO_SKIP_READONLY_LOC_VAL', enabling which allowed change orders to be created on such POs.

I want to know in which all cases the location becomes 'read-only' and which is the exact functionality of 'ORA_PO_SKIP_READONLY_LOC_VAL' this profile option?
