Can we control access of ARCS Standard Dashboards?

Requirement : To limit users from accessing standard dashboards even though they fall under the workflow of the reconciliation

As per the current functionality, for in-built or standard dashboards available for Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction matching, users falling under the workflow of the reconciliation are able to view & access the dashboards. 
Required : To control the access of in-built or standard dashboards, i.e., even though user falls under the workflow of the reconciliation, can we restrict the access of dashboards to such users? 
Example - There are 3 users - Preparer, Reviewer1 & Reviewer2  assigned to a particular reconciliation. We want to restrict Reviewer 2 from viewing the status of the said reconciliation from the dashboard.
