Getting Context Segment Error in Non Catalog request from Learner

We are getting Context Segment Error While learner is requesting the Non-Catalog Learning Request via Redwood ESS Learning. I have raised the SR but Oracle SR folks asked to raise the question in CCC tog et response form other view as there is no such document available in Oracle seems.

Did anyone in Oracle forum come across this issue and what is the fix has been provided/used.
