VB Studio provisioned on multiple environments - accessing the correct Project

Summary:

Oracle has started to roll out the provisioning of VB onto multiple non-Production environments.
With this change it is important to understand how to work with the correct VB Project.

The VB "Organization" is shared across your multiple environments, as are the Projects within the Organization.

The best practice guidance is to use the same Project for all your work within a pillar - e.g. HCM.
This remains true even when you are accessing the Project from different environments.

However, if you have already created a Project in your original environment, by default it will not be visible to you in the newly provisioned environments.
