Formula not picking element entry value rate

Summary:
Fast formula for new elements is not picking entry value for Rate keyed, it rather defaults 0.125 as rate irrespective of what is keyed in the element input value.
I have tried this with three different elements and they all had the same issue.
We need help fixing this Fast Formula issue ASAP . Any help will be appreciated.

I have created two element with the same specs, a modification to one to pick hours from a defined balance and multiply by a default rate of $1. It picks the hours alright but ignores the rate and comes with 0.125 as rate from no where. I created another Testbonus , didn't modify the the seeded FF, it works alright but doesn't when I key in rate at the element entry level. it's also comes out with 0.125 as rate.

Howdy, Stranger!
