Profile Template from NetSUite

Summary:

We would like to update the NSAR profile template saved search to add additional segments. Client needs more than just sub and account. We need to add additional segments in for the profile segment. We are not having any luck adding additional fields.

We saved the saved search with a new name and therefore it has its own ID for the search.

Does anyone know if this is because the search is using the account record rather than transactions?
