New Personal Payment Method is created automatically after original record is end dated
Summary:
We are trying to end date an existing Personal Payment Method using HDL process, record is successfully end dated. However, when checking the succeeding days there is a Personal Payment Method the same with original one.
Original record successfully end dated by HDL:
When checked succeeding day, same record is observed but with new effective start date:
Is there a way to know why the new record is being created automatically?
Expectation is that original method will be end dated and succeeding days will not contain a new method unless created.
