Issue on loading Spread Sheet loader

Hi All,

I have been testing the 'Mass Assign Journeys' spreadsheet template to try to mass assign a journey for the PH entities, however I receive an error (please see attached). I need help figuring out the fields that are needed for a successful upload .
I receive error regardless if I put a country code, spell out the country, insert "All Countries" , and "#NUll" .
