Derive pricing strategy based on BU

Summary:

hi Gurus,

we have a requirement to derive strategy price list based on Business unit, if user has access to multiple BU how to set precedence for the below matrix.

its working fine when revenue potential value is provided , how ever we have a requirement for which customer profiling is not done a default strategy needs to be derived
