User integration between AD and Fusion ERP

Summary:

When new user gets onboarded, We are currently creating users separately in Microsoft AD and once it is approved. We are doing the hiring transaction and user account is automatically created or either we create user from Manage users/ Security console.

Our client is requesting to do the user synchronization between Oracle fusion ERP and Microsoft Active Directory. If the user is created or update in Microsoft AD, it should be auto created in Fusion ERP and vice versa.

Does Oracle provide any seeded functionality to achieve the above requirement. If not, what is the best approach to make this possible?
