How to setup a hyperlink in a column in OAS

Hello all,

Is it possible to setup a hyperlink as the result of a column in OAS for Taleo?

I have read the following topic and tried what's in it:

But I can't seem to find the suggested option in Column Properties: "Treat Text As" > "HyperText Link"

So maybe it was possible in OBI but not in OAS? If anyone could confirm.

If however it is possible in OAS, please let me know, and if the hyperlink could display a text of my choice instead of the full URL it would be even better!
