Changing end period and year in Scenario dimension member

Hello Team,

Is there any way to update ending period and year in scenario dimension (OEP_Actual) member using Rest/epmautomate or any backend .xml file?

I have tried changing sub Vars from \HP-PLAN\resource\Cube\OEP_FS\Substitution Variables\.xml files, and able to import snapshot successfully and also its reflecting the same in application OOTB Fin Module. However, it is not changing in scenario OEP_Actual member. Hence, forms are greyed out based on old variable.

I have also tried below scenario, but still facing same issue.

After importing snapshot, update sub vars using setSubstVars command.

However, If i change currYr and currMnth from config tab (Planning and forecasting Prep) then it is changing all sub vars as well as scenario dimension member. Since I am working on automation, i can't really work from frontend.
