Entitlement not shown on submit of absence

Summary:

Hi All,

I have created a qualification plan with below reasons in the qualification band matrix expression.

[Absence.Reason] = 'Birth Parent'

[Absence.Reason] = 'Secondary Caregiver'

In Qualification details duration is maintained 60 days and 20 days respectively, on submit of absence with reason qualified entitlement and remaining balance is not shown, can anyone help.
