What is the table name that stores the data for the Review Project Performance screen?

Summary:

Since Review Project Performance screen is apparently independent from many of the tables used in OTBI reporting, is there a subject area or table that can be used in reporting that reflects the values (such as "ITD Budget Cost") shown in the Review Project Performance screen? Or is this possible with SmartView?

Background:

Because of the bug (bug# 36624432) that still exists in 24B (and from my understanding won't be fixed in a release until 24D), our Review Project Performance page for some projects reflects incorrect data (incorrectly reflects adding of multiple budget versions together, instead of reflecting just the current baselined budget for fields such as "ITD Budget Cost" or pretty much any of the budget cost reporting options, for that matter). We have been working with Oracle through an SR (3-36934225971) for more than a month, learning recently that this is a bug, and we will ultimately be applying a patch
