Access group restricted courses searchable by learners outside Access group

Summary:

We have a requirement of hiding courses and specializations from ESS and MSS search list. We have created Global access groups with "Details View" and have updated the Self Service Settings View Mode to "No Access" (manage Default Settings).

We have used the CourseV3 Header to set the View Mode and GlobalAccessgroupRelation HDL to associate the learning items to the Access Groups.

We have also run the Process User Access.

The specializations are still visible to learners outside the access group. This has worked in lower environments but in PROD these specializations are searchable. Any insight into this?
