Requisition FBDI Upload error for Inventory destinated based PR

Summary:

I have tried to upload Inventory destination based PR via FBDI. System accept the Headers and Lines data but show error in distribution data.

Requisition Import Exception report show this error message "The variance account can't be derived. Contact the Procurement application administrator.
Oracle Transaction Account Builder can't derive an account. Verify that the account
combination is active, allows posting, and segment value security rules restrict none of the
segments"

I have checked the Variance account setup and it is perfectly okay. I can able to create same PR via UI.

Please let me know what is missing?
