Where i need to get below columns.

Person full name
Person email address
Person status ( active, inactive, suspended)
Termination date
Person country
Person region ( Europe, GDC, APAC, Americas)
Employee Type : All
Business unit

I have used worker assignment details subject area , how to get the latest record if i use this subject area.
