    Summary:

    I see in the Oracle documentation states Oracle Advanced HCM Controls as part of Oracle Cloud HCM with many for ex., Data Privacy (GDPR) & Security Analysis for all HCM users, Payroll and Payment Fraud Detection for all HCM transactions etc. However the functionality is all part of Oracle Risk Management Cloud Advanced Access Controls & Financial Controls. Can someone please clarify few questions below?
    1. Can the Advanced HCM Control features be used just with HCM Cloud subscription or a separate subscription is needed for Risk Management Cloud?

    2. If it is part of HCM Cloud can we access HCM Advanced Controls using the HCM roles itself? There are set of Setup & Administration steps for Advanced Controls and wanted to know how these are handled ?
