We have to create around 2400 changeover rules and its not possible manually. So, we are trying using VB loader. As a part of testing, we downloaded the existing changeover rules data in the VB loader. Deleted the first 5 rows using VB and then again tried creating the changeover rules for those deleted 5 lines. When we did, the changeover rules got created but the attribute, From and to were not updated. But when we tried downloading the data on VB, the values were populated in the VB but not in the UI.
