Cubing OBLPN Type Calculation Explained

Summary:

Can you please shed some light on how the system calculates the OB LPN type during Cubing in the wave with the Cubing Mode set to "Calculate OBLPN Type and cube at packing"?

The reason I am asking, does it only consider volume of cubed units vs box volume and Cubed weight vs Max weight, or does it also consider individual item dimensions vs box dimensions?

Also, in what sequence does it consider the box types? I do not see any priority/sequence in the OB LPN Type screen.
