Unable to see details of endorsement

Hi,

There are few skills that user have acquired. User requested endorsement from Peers and Line Manager. Lined Managers and Peers have endorsed the request. But when user is trying to view, in Endorsements Received so far, it shows no data. But the number is increasing.

Please help as what could be the issue?
