Access to inline inspections for WIP and Receiving without full Manufacturing and Receiving access

Summary:

We have Quality Engineers and Analysts who are supposed to inspect PO receipts and enter Quality results. Also they are supposed to do inline inspections on Work Orders. We have provided Quality Engineer and Quality Analyst roles to the user. However this doesnt provide access to Manufacturing and Receiving just for entering Quality results. Also tried a custom role by copying the Quality Engineer role and adding below privileges -

View Production Quality Inspections
Inspect Receiving Receipt

Still it doesnt give the required access. How do we provide minimum access to Manufacturing and Receiving just to enter inline Quality inspection results?
