View Content After Finishing an Activity - Content before 24B Release

Summary:

Our learning admins have pointed out that some courses from before the 24B release can no longer have their content viewed after they were completed. One example is a course that was completed on June 3rd, 2023. When I create a new course with the exact same configuration, the same original content item and activities and then complete the course now I can view the content afterward. Is there a reason old content from before release has been cut off from being viewed?
