To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Available fields on the Learner page
In order to enable the "Edit learning activities in a spreadsheet" feature for our administrators we needed to set the ORA_WLF_MANAGE_LEARNERS_OPTIMIZATION_V2 profile value to Y. Once this change was made our administrators observed that the Primary Email field is no longer available on the Learners page for courses, offerings and specializations. We used to be able to add this column to the Learners page via View>Columns. This is a critical field for us when validating completions and updated completion statuses for ILT trianing.
Is there a way to gain access to Primary Email field on the Learners pages?
