Entitlement Absence Plan Use showing wrong duration

Hi all,

We have a Qualification plan where when an employee submit an absence the plan use takes the scheduled hours instead of the actual hours of the submitted absence, If the employee submits a half-day absence the plan use still shows full day as 100% instead of half day.
Ex: Below employee has submitted 2days absence where the 1st day the duration was entered 3.66 and the total is 10.99 but the Used hours showing the scheduled hours instead of actual hours.

Can anyone provide your feedback what needs to be checked on this.

Any suggestion would be much helpful.
