We are getting the following error message when downloading the tax rates from Oracle. This is done quarterly to maintain our system tax rates. This is in "My Enterprise/Setup and Maintenance/Financials Setup/Transaction Tax/Manage Tax Rates and Tax Recovery Rates". My process is to search for tax rates based on the tax name "County", "City" or "State" and then I click the "Rapid Setup Spreadsheets" button and "Download Tax Rates to a Spreadsheet". I then get an information box saying my process was submitted. Then I go to the bottom the page and refresh the "Monitor Upload and Download Processes" Box
