HSDL Organization error "You need to enter a valid value for the SetId attribute..."
Summary:
I want to add Project Expenditure Organization by Organization HSDL but it doesn't work.
Which column of HSDL of Deaprtment is for the "SetId attribute for the Project Expenditure Organization classification"?
I cannot find any clumn in HSDL Template setting like "SetID"

Error code :"You need to enter a valid value for the SetId attribute for the Project Expenditure Organization classification., The line for component OrgInformation with instruction MERGE doesn't include values that define a unique reference to the record. Include values for at least one of the supported keys."
