Not able to receive the expense Purchase Order in "Receive Expected Shipments" task

Hi All,

For some reason we are not able to receive expense Purchase Orders in the "Receive Expected Shipments" task in Inventory Management, but I can receive it in "My receipts" if the Purchase Order has requester name populated.

Details of Purchase Order:

1. I have required data access (I can receive Inventory POs)
2. Status = Open
3. Requester name is populated
4. Invoice Match Option = Order
5. Match Approval Level = 3 way
6. Receipt Close Tolerance Percent = 0
7. Organization name is visible
8. Destination Type = Expense
9. For Location used in the Purchase Order, its is enabled for Receiving Site in Manage Locations.

Please let me know, if i'm missing something.
