How can I display the attribute field on the declaration line when we open it from Declaration

Summary: I have added a pseudo field (Refnum) on the first section of the Manager layout of the declaration line and when we open it from the declaration line it is displayed on the first section itself but when we open the same declaration line from the declaration then we cannot see the pseudo field on it

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): The requirement is to view the pseudo field when we open the declaration line from the declaration. Can we achieve this in GTM or has anyone faced a similar issue please suggest.
