Loading Personal Payment Methods without loading bank and bank branches for an employee using HDL

Hi,

Can we load Personal Payment Method HDL directly without loading Bank, Bank branches and External Bank account first.

It does allow to enter the Personal Payment Method manually for an employee without adding Bank, Bank branches and External Bank account.

I am trying to load Personal Payment Method HDL directly, but it is giving me an error "You need to enter a valid value for the BankBranchName attribute. The current values are."

please help.
