Query for Incident Reporting Field
Summary:
Hello Team,
With regards to WHS when an Employee logs an Incident via Me--> Safety Incidents he/she gets the first field in Report Incident Page as What's the incident? which is a Free Text Field, and where an Employee can give any Information details which can lead to Confusing Names or Typo Errors, Incorrect Description etc.
Our ask here is that can we change the Property of this Field to show LOV so that an Employee should only select some Predefined Text from the drop down rather than Typing/Writing any thing. Kindly let us know if with Page Personalization can we alter the field (Screenshot for the Field is given) to show the LOV instead of Free Text.
