Redwood Time Card Layout

Summary:

We set up the profile options to enable Redwood time card. The user is able to see the new time card. But we are unable to see the Redwood layout to edit in Time Layout Sets. We are able to edit layout and responsive ui, but not redwood layout. could someone help if you know what setup we are missing?
