Report Package published in PDF Format from instance is giving bugs.

Summary:

When tried publishing the report package in the native format it worked fine but when it was published in PDF Format, it looked fine on the Mozilla Browser but was not showing perfect edits in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Adobe instead there were grey borders coming up.

As a workaround we published the file in the native format and later on changed its format to PDF, then it looked good everywhere.

But client keep insisting that as a feature of Narrative Reporting, why was this bug coming if directly being published in PDF Format from the Instance.
