What is the best process for applying assignment rules?
Hi there, can I please ask for thoughts and feedback on the following scenario, any suggestions welcome. I feel there should be a better way to achieve this. At present, this is what I have discovered.
Scenario: Learner needs to be assigned eLearning that needs to be renewed every three years.
Steps taken:
- Course is created and the following 'Default assignment rules' are added:
- Initial assignment status - 'Active'
- Validity period starts - 'After completion'
- Validity period expires - ' Expires in years' - Valid for 'Three years'
- Renewal options - 'Start next renewal before validity of prior assignment ends'
